Creation
The funny was created when god laughed because he saw something funny. After composing himself, he promptly created the horse.
Controversy
In 2013, the current President of the United States, Barracks Obama, said the funny was a blight on humanity. This lead to the Attack on Obama's house and the first battle of the Obama Wars.
