The Tragedy
In spring 2020, the Descent skip was patched. Many of those affected are still in mourning and those who aren't nonetheless bear a melancholic air about them.
While this is an undeniable loss, on the bright side, it makes piss lake jumps viable for the race again.
Meta
The best car in Speedkart is the Y car. This is an indisputable fact. It's actually been deemed so necessary to the function of our society that there be consensus on this topic that the government now imprisons any and all who do not espouse the merits of the Y car until they finally crack and admit it's good.
Base Wars (approx. 2018-2019)
Base wars was a gamemode where several people attempted to build the most powerful bases. Some of notable strategies included:

Café Piss (summer 2020)
Café Piss was a building constructed on a now forgotten Blockland server. It bore the appearance of a café, but its storefront was emblazoned with the text "CAFÉ PISS" and its interior was painted a shade of yellow not likely to be utilized by any conventional café. The defining feature of Café Piss was the massive phallus that was erected on its roof. The monument was designed such that it was able to launch explosive projectiles in a manner not dissimilar to the passage of a kidney stone.
Reception
Café Piss was well received by the players on the server at the time of its construction. At one point, all of the players gathered in awe of the might of Café Piss's might and beauty.
