Hutzler's Barn
I'm not really sure why or how this counts as a heritage site in the United States of America.
Hutzler's Barn is definitely a Swiss painting of a barn on a mountain named after the painter's childhood friend and definitely not a real barn in the real USA which was really made by some family called the Shakers or something and the origin of some new crop.
